Paul Sundberg is a seasoned real estate professional with over two decades of experience, currently working at Windermere Seattle/Northlake. Born and raised in Kodiak, Alaska, he is deeply rooted in his Alaskan heritage, reflecting his values and strong connection to nature and community.

Over 20 Years in Real Estate

Paul began his real estate career with Coldwell Banker Grand Realty in 2000, where he worked until 2007. He then joined Century 21 Beutler & Associates and served there until 2009. For the next 15 years, Paul was a part of Coldwell Banker Bain, before moving to Windermere Seattle/Northlake in July 2024, where he currently practices.

Interests and Personal Life

Outside of his professional life, Paul has a diverse range of interests. He is a former Dalmatian owner, an everyday Peloton enthusiast, and enjoys yard work and gardening. Paul is also committed to giving back to the community, volunteering with the St. Vincent DePaul Conference/Shoreline.

Born and raised in Kodiak, Alaska, Paul is the youngest of three boys. An Alaskan Native, he is a shareholder of Koniag, Inc. (Regional Corporation), Afognak (Village Corporation), and Sun’aq (Tribe – People of the Sea). Paul's upbringing in the unique environment of Kodiak has instilled in him a deep respect for nature and his native culture, which is an integral part of who he is.
